My new discovery!!

This is amazing!!

I got this product from my Korean friend and I tried it 2 days ago.


I washed face,
I applied this film mask for 30 mins until dry,
I peeled -it was quite satisfied when the sheet came off from my face,
I washed my face with cold water only,
I applied a face mask called 'Mediheal' for 30 mins,

This is what I did.

My colleague said that I look younger(something is happened with my face?!!) when I went work next day.

I decided to let everybody knows how amazing these products are and the most important thing is that you need to love yourself!!!! 
You shine, look younger, look happier and confident when you love yourself!!!

How I look younger?!

Im 44 and soon to be 45,
I look 32 well .. other people think. 
This is what I do.

In the past,
I went to sleep without cleaning my face and I felt really bad next day. 
I put lots of make up so abused my skin.
I didn't put sun cream much -I thought that there was not much of UV in UK.
I had lots of stress from work and people around me who were negative.
I wasn't  happy with myself.
I was smoking.
etc

Currently,
I go jogging every morning.
I clean my face reasonably.
I don't put much of make up.
I put suncream on everyday.
I handed in notice.
I'm happier myself.
I try not to smoke much now, one a day or none.
I eat healthy-not sweet things.

Most of all I realised that You have to be happy yourself.
You shine , look younger, look healthier, look happier and look confident once you smile more because you are happy.
I recently feel these feelings.
As well when you are happier and confident , you look after yourself more!!!

I strongly  believe this.

Stay Young With Anti-Aging Face Cream

Everyone fears the day they find that one gray hair. When they do, more than likely, they solve the problem by dying their hair. Sunscreens are used to protect your skin from UVA radiation. One of the side effects of UVA radiation is the formation of wrinkles. When most people think of vitamin C, orange juice comes to mind. Well, other than giving you a delicious drink, it helps maintain healthy connective tissue. It has not been fully conclusive, but it is thought that anti-oxidants protect cells from damage caused by unstable molecules or free radicals. A free radial is an uncharged, short lived molecule with an unpaired valence electron. Due to the unpaired valence electron, the molecule is deemed unstable. In conclusion, anti-oxidants are said to get rid of these unstable molecules.
Anti-aging creams are typically moisturizer based, meaning it is similar to a lotion or cream that prevents the skin from drying. They can help prevent saggy skin, wrinkles, discoloration, and even the texture of your skin from becoming flagrant. All in all, if you want your skin to remain beautiful and wrinkle free, anti-aging face cream is the way to go.

Why korean women have an amazing skin?

  1. Koreans eat more healthily. The Korean diet has very few oily, fried, and processed foods. Meat is very expensive in Korea, so much of the diet is vegetables, tofu, grains, etc. Koreans love eating garlic! Also, foreign agricultural products are heavily tariffed, so people usually eat local, Korean grown food (some believe locally grown is better for you).
  2. Koreans use a lot of skin products. They wash their skin with two different cleansers then apply 2-4 lotions afterwards. They also use a lot of things like packs, masks, and other random skincare products. Koreans think this makes their skin better, but I think dermatologists say that using too many products strips the skin of its own ability to regulate itself.
  3. Koreans go to the dermatologist all the time. It's cheap and accessible in Korea, and people go to get their pimples popped professionally or receive various treatments. If you have just a little acne, you'll get a couple tubes and a bag of pills.
  4. Koreans wear sunscreen everyday, even on a dark, rainy day. Koreans think sunscreen helps you get whiter, but I'm skeptical. It does help to prevent skin damage, darkening of acne scars, etc.
  5. Koreans avoid the sun like the plague. They wear hats, use books/folders/newspapers to block the sun, and stay inside for the whole day. Many Koreans will close the blinds and turn on lights during the day to avoid light.
  6. Koreans put on a ton of makeup. They get up 2 hours early to do their makeup, hair, etc. The phenomenon of "BB Cream" (a blemish-covering, sunscreen containing, moisturizing, supposed whitening & acne healing, beautifying cream) started in Korea, though Germany invented it.

They Visit Jjimjil-Bangs
A jjim-jil-bang is a large segregated spa in Korea with hot tubs, showers, and traditional hot saunas, and massage tables.
Jjimjil means heating. In these heated saunas Korean women (and men) sweat out through their pours all the dirt and toxins from the pollution of Korean cities. This contributes to healthy and vibrant skin.
At the massage tables is where Korean women go to receive exfoliation style “scrubbing massages.” These massages improve the vitality and elasticity of their skin.
These massages are like no other. You lie down, and you’ll get scrubbed like a dirty potato.
The masseuses literally scrape away all the old or dead skin from your body. It can be painful because they use 2 gloves that are literally as rough as sandpaper. And they don’t hold back either.
Such massages are well worth a little pain and suffering for Korean women who wants to give their skin a youthful glow.
These massages tone their facial and body muscles, fights wrinkles and prevents their skin from aging over time. It’s nothing special for Korean women, but a MUST DO!

They EAT Clean
While the western diet contains greasier, sugary and saltier foods, the Korean diet is quite the opposite.

The Korean diet is composed of fish, rice, vegetables, lean meat and of course plenty of fruit - for desert.
Almost every meal is home cooked - even in restaurants so few additives or preservatives are included.
Koreans also prefer fresh and delicious home grown fruit for desert instead of sweet things with refined sugars like cakes, pastries, cookies and ice cream.

I'm running  every in the morning for 30 mins and meditation for 10 mins.
I dink more water.
I think positive.
I smile more too.

Who You Want to Be

Decide who you want to be because when you look around you, there are no guard rails on your life. The reality is that other people try to tell you that only certain things are right. They paint a dull path for you to follow such as go to school, get good grades, have a degree, get a decent job and retire.
But who do you want to be? Do you desire to become the sheep that follows the crowd or the wolf that decides and creates his own fate?
Following the crowd is the plan that everyone wants you to believe to be really the map of life. But the reality is that you are free to choose anything you want. The road others want to put you on is just an illusion. You can go anywhere and be anyone you want. Therefore, the choice is yours, to begin with.
So, you can construct yourself and decide what it is you want to believe. As long as you are not violating the law of physics, which are still pretty unknown to all of us, you get to create and build something that you want to be.

The Right to Decide
And in that, most people get lost. They do not understand that they have control over their life because they think that there is a common path that must be followed. So emotionally, they do not feel real or at least their life does not feel right. As a result, they are unsure.
Yet, as a child, very few people tell you that you can choose. So, you have to focus on your dreams which give you the ability to construct the path you desire. You have the right to decide the road you want to walk on. And so, you must manifest something concrete and passionate in your life.
Therefore, decide to be who you really are, who you want to be, and build something with your hands. You can even create something that has never been seen or done before. And you have all the right in the world to believe in things that other people cannot yet see.
Choosing Who You Want to Be
Your dreams are your reality and are what you should bring into existence, and not what others want you to be or do. The reason is that your vision is what you have to believe in and take seriously. So decide who you want to be and for the first time, you will find yourself.
Also, it is a decision you need to make which is more important than the goals you set in your life. And it is defining who you want to become. That decides your existence far more than what you try to create around you.
Therefore, who you want to ultimately reflect your attitudes and beliefs about life itself and about you. In the end, what matters is not what you have but what you are. And you manifest your world more than any other factor.
The Price to Pay
Everyone wants to be successful but virtually nobody understands that success is a path. It is not a finish line but a process. And this progression is an acquisition of skills.
If you want to be successful and do something that other people cannot do, you have to become capable of the remarkable. It does not matter what you are born with, or who you are. Anyone can do it. What matters is who you want to be and the price you are willing to pay to get there.
You might have to work harder or longer than anybody else, but there are no shortcuts or magic trick. The price is to get so good that other people cannot ignore you anymore. You need to learn to beat anyone else at the game you choose to play. And once you get to that point, and then success will be yours.

Enduring to Be Who You Want
But remember that while you are sitting back on your laurels, someone else is practicing. Therefore, you must have a passion for what you are doing that can endure.

If you really want to be great in your life, smash it and be remembered, the key is to acquire as many skills as you can. Everything you bring into your world gives a bigger chance of winning. But you have to be totally focused and committed to gaining abilities.

Visualizing Who You Want to Be
If you feel that setting a "to be" goal is absurd because your genes and your parental background is making that decision for you, you are wrong. You have to realize that this whole concept is complete garbage. As a result, you are the one who decide who you become in your life.
And no one, not a questionnaire, school, administration, friends or even family can tell you who you are going to be. Make it a daily routine to visualize clearly your ideal self, the person you want to develop into as vivid and as precise as you can.
Picture how your "ideal you" talks, dresses, and solves problems. What do you feel, have, and do? See the consequences it gets on your life, friends, and family. Notice the little things about your ideal self as you visualize. Often, it gives you clues for realizing what is different between now and your ideal self.
The Current and New You
If you see yourself as being someone who puts great value on something but you do the opposite, it shows the difference between who you are now and who you want to be. So, you have to take control of that stuff, work on it and replace it with what you desire.
Who you want to be is not as far as you may think because you are whoever you decide to be. However, make sure that all of your actions are matching with your new image and you move towards the life that your "ideal self" is living.
And yes, the idea of deciding who you want to be might sound scary. We have been conditioned to believe in a certain way but not another. The unconventional seems impossible. Yet, I can tell you that it is a ridiculous and false belief. If you decide to become the person you want, you can make the necessary change.
Pursuing Who You Want to Be
Imagine yourself as a confident and courageous person. Picture yourself as compassionate, thoughtful, wise, enthusiastic, and passionate, and filled with happiness. Have the maturity to take control and take action. See the world as a place full of incredible fun, pleasure, and adventure, and not just sacrifice, pain or work.
Therefore, learn also to contribute and try to pursue options that help others as well as helping yourself get a better life. Lastly, be always devoted to having a growth mindset. Make who you want to be specific, clear and convincing to you.
And yes, getting the right habits or earning a certain income take time to manifest. It will also take a good amount of time before you achieve all the knowledge, skills and riches you want. However, get a persuasive and specific visualization because you always become what you think about.
My Final Word
Most of all, you need to make your image so inspirational that you push yourself towards it every day. Visualize daily your ideal self because you will become whatever your answer is to it. So decide clearly who you want to be and do not worry about walking someone else's path.

Brisk walking, moderate exercising or aerobics on alternate days or weekends will help you to keep yourself physically and mentally fit. You may choose between the morning and evening timings as per your convenience.
Develop good and friendly contacts with people who are already successful and well respected in the society. Appreciate their hard work, dedication and success wholeheartedly. These are generally nice and humble people. They will guide you and provide all the necessary help to achieve your goals.
Pending works confuse the mind and reduce a lot of self-confidence. Kindly avoid all delays in your works and try to finish them as soon as possible.
Always keep yourself engaged in something or the other. Never ever sit idle or waste your time, efforts and resources in useless activities. All the time that is used constructively encourages and motivates you. Indirectly and gradually, it further increase your courage and self-confidence.
Being good at work is one of the important ingredients of your self-confidence. For this, always keep in mind and give due consideration to all the points, big and small, in any given assignment.
Keep your focus more on self-improvement and developing your abilities instead of getting entangled in problems, worries or tensions coming your way.
Set your goals and targets, somewhat smaller and medium, according to your own capabilities which should seem to be achievable. They should not be according to other people's plans and goals or compete with them in any way.

So, stop comparing yourself with others to avoid developing any kind of inferiority complex. Instead, focus on your strengths and talents, and start improving hour weaknesses. I have vision for success.

I set my goals 3 weeks ago and I'm working on it day by day. I have vision of success since I went on a business mastery seminar in London. It was eye awakening and I never felt or thought I can be financially free before but now I have vision for it.

Self-discipline, positive thinking, determined  and taking action.
